How do I reschedule my tour?
To reschedule your tour, please refer to your confirmation email and click the ‘Manage this Purchase’ button. From there, you can easily change your tour date or adjust the number of guests in your party.
Do tours run rain or shine?
Our tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe or dangerous weather, we will contact you immediately to provide updates or rescheduling options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is free cancellation up until 24 hours. After 24 hours your tours can be switched to another date completely free of charged and the ticket will never expire.
Do you have group rates?
Yes, groups of 10 or more can use code GROUP5 at checkout for 5 off per ticket.
How early should I arrive for my tour?
Please arrive at east 15 minutes in advance to check-in to ensure the tour leaves at its scheduled time.
Are your trips suitable for solo travelers?
Yes, groups of all sizes are welcome on our tours.
